COMMENT: This is true. We know that if we simply exercise the muscles of our face we can stimulate the complex of nureal wiring that makes us feel. Case in point are the "laughing clubs"http://www.laughteryoga.org/. The "joy" is a product of simply laughing for no reason. Do it enough and you feel better.
